After spending 25 years as a senior leader in some of the biggest companies in the world, I found myself at a crossroads in my working life a few of years ago. I’d been accountable for scalable HR and people teams and programmes of work, coaching and working with C suite leaders to optimise organisational capability and I knew I wanted to use this experience in a more purposeful, personal, authentic way. I delayed putting my purpose into action, unsure as to how I could do work that fed my soul as well as paid the mortgage!

 

Through coaching and working with other leaders on their development, it gave me space to explore my values, define the work that gave me joy and create career goals that took me from thoughts to actions. I was able to uncover my passion and purpose and in 2022 made the decision to set up my own business, supporting leaders like you.
