Helping women lead with clarity, courage and impact

I work with women leaders, emerging talent and organisations to build leadership capability, confidence and inclusive cultures. My focus is on helping women lead in a way that is authentic, strategic and sustainable, while supporting organisations to create the conditions for diverse talent to flourish.

Through executive coaching, coaching circles and bespoke leadership development programmes, I help women and organisations identify what needs to shift, what needs to be strengthened and what practical action will create meaningful change.

Enabling women in leadership

I am passionate about harnessing diverse talent and leadership capability that enables all people to thrive, not just survive.

I work with organisations to identify the necessary changes to work and leadership practices, creating systemic solutions which, when implemented, positively impact workplace culture.

My specialism is enabling women in leadership, and this can include:

  • Inclusive development for women in the talent pipeline

  • Bespoke leadership development programmes for organisations

 

Whether I am working one-to-one with a senior leader or designing a programme for an organisation, my work is grounded in empathy, wisdom, courage and pragmatism. I help people think deeply, act intentionally and take courageous steps towards the leadership impact they want to have.

Informed by real experience

I bring my own experience of being a woman in leadership to my role. Throughout my career, I have experienced what it can feel like to sit slightly outside some of the traditional leadership norms that exist within organisations. That experience informs the way I coach and support women who are navigating complex environments, senior roles, changing expectations and the often unspoken rules of leadership.

My background includes senior strategic leadership experience, work across sectors including retail banking and utilities, and the lived experience of running my own business. This means I understand leadership from multiple perspectives.

This is not about surface-level confidence building. It is about helping women understand themselves more deeply, recognise what may be holding them back, and lead with greater clarity, authenticity and influence.

Executive coaching for women leaders

Executive coaching creates space to pause, reflect and make sense of the complexity of leadership. Many women are leading through change, navigating visibility, managing expectations, balancing confidence with humility, and finding their own leadership voice in environments that may not always have been designed with them in mind.

Wise coaching circles

WISE is a coaching programme for women leaders who want space to pause, reflect and reconnect with what matters most.

Through a series of facilitated coaching circles, women come together to explore leadership, confidence, influence and personal growth in a safe and supportive environment. These conversations are designed to challenge limiting beliefs, strengthen connection and create momentum towards meaningful change.

Participants leave with greater clarity, deeper self-awareness and a stronger sense of who they are as leaders.
